The Origin: Organizational Architecture
In 2003, localized student volunteer groups operated in isolated silos. Recognizing the inefficiency of disjointed efforts, Võ Tự Đức founded the unified Đội Sinh viên Tình nguyện Đồng hương Nghệ Tĩnh. Serving as its First Team Captain, he architected a centralized leadership structure that transformed scattered groups into a disciplined, scalable operational force connecting university students from Nghệ An and Hà Tĩnh.
This wasn't just community service; it was the construction of a sustainable human ecosystem. By standardizing logistics, resource allocation, and recruitment pipelines, the foundation was laid for an organization that would continuously operate and thrive for over two decades.
